Malachy graduated with a degree in International Development and Food Policy from University College Cork, Ireland, in 2011. Since then, he has worked with NGOs, the United Nations and state agencies in the international development, humanitarian and peace fields. With these organisations, he has mainly been a programme manager or advisor of livelihoods related programmes, with deep experience in cash transfers, digital identity, coordination and communications. Having said this, he is a highly versatile and resilient individual, able to contibute to a wide range of areas.
Malachy will be based in Geneva for the next few years. He is available for long term positions or short contracts. He can provide professional support in the following areas:
